Ingredients :

Sauce: water, red wine (contains SULPHITES), sweet white wine (contains SULPHITES), processed corn starch, flavorings, BUTTER, gooseberry jelly (glucose syrup, gooseberry juice, sugar, gelling agent : fruit pectin, acidifier : citric acid), fresh CREAM, sugar, red wine vinegar (contains SULPHITES), garlic, shallots (contains SULFITES), caramelized sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper, clove, ginger - Seasoned deer meat 38.8% (deer meat union european origin or non Union european origin 35,8%, red wine (contains SULPHITES), salt, stabilizer: E451i, pepper, thyme and bay leaf) - Carrots - Onions.

How to prepare :

Pour the contents into a saucepan and simmer on a low fire 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
Conservation: before opening, store in a dry place and at room temperature. After opening, refrigerated and consume quickly.
