Ingredients :

Potatoes 52%, duck confit 28% (duck sleeves European Union origin, salt), water, duck fat, smoked pork dices (pork belly origin France, water, salt), salt, garlic, pepper.

How to prepare :

Pour the contents in a pan, putting the skin of the confit legs underneath. Warm on a low fire for 20 minutes, stirring potatoes regularly. Turn the confit and let about five minutes.
