Duck liver (French origin), water, salt, preservative: nitrite salt, pepper, sugar.
How to prepare :
Put in a cool place and take out 15 minutes before tasting. Open the jar and slice as you go according to the desired thickness. Run your knife under hot water between each slice.
Conservation : before opening, keep at room temperature. After opening, keep between 0 and 4°C and consume within 48h.
